Legal and data protection

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lysentra AI collects, uses, stores, protects, shares and deletes information when organizations use Lysentra Seller Analytics, our websites and related support services.

Seller authorization. The application accesses seller data only after an authorized selling partner completes Amazon’s authorization workflow. Lysentra does not request or store a seller’s Amazon password.

Information we collect

Account and business information

We may collect names, business contact information, company details, account identifiers, subscription information and support communications.

Authorized seller data

Depending on the roles authorized by the seller, we may process sales, product, brand-performance and related reporting data required to operate the dashboards and reports selected by the customer.

Technical and usage information

We may collect authentication events, device and browser information, IP addresses, service logs, error records and activity needed to secure, operate and improve the service.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate and support the subscribed analytics service.
  • Authenticate users and apply organization-level access controls.
  • Process authorized seller data into dashboards and reports.
  • Manage trials, subscriptions, billing and customer support.
  • Monitor reliability, prevent misuse and investigate security events.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce service agreements.

We do not sell seller data. We do not use seller data for unrelated advertising or disclose it for another company’s independent marketing purposes.

How information is shared

Information may be disclosed to cloud hosting, authentication, payment, monitoring and support providers acting for Lysentra under contractual restrictions. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored in Lysentra’s website code.

Storage and security

Lysentra uses HTTPS for data in transit and access-controlled cloud services for application data. Access is limited according to job responsibilities and customer permissions. We use logging, authentication and operational safeguards intended to prevent unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. When authorization ends or an account is closed, data is deleted or de-identified according to applicable obligations and backup schedules. A verified representative may request deletion by contacting support.

Seller choices

Sellers can revoke application authorization through the applicable Amazon account controls. Customers may also request access, correction or deletion of eligible information, cancel a subscription or close an account by contacting Lysentra.

International processing and children

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by contracted service providers. The service is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, law or security practices. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
