Customer agreement

Terms of Service

Effective date: September 17, 2026

These Terms govern access to Lysentra Seller Analytics and related websites, subscriptions, dashboards and support services. By creating an account or using the service, the customer agrees to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

The customer must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials and notify Lysentra promptly of suspected unauthorized access. The customer is responsible for users it authorizes.

Seller authorization

The customer must have authority to connect each selling account and permit Lysentra to process the requested seller data. The customer authorizes Lysentra to access and process that data only to provide, secure and support the service. The customer remains responsible for compliance with its agreements with Amazon and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Customers may not misuse the service, circumvent access controls, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, violate third-party rights, or use the service or seller data for an unlawful purpose.

Trial, pricing and payment

The standard plan includes a 14-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription of USD 69.95, plus applicable taxes. A payment method is required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to paid service and renews monthly until canceled. Pricing for custom services is governed by the applicable order or proposal.

Cancellation

The customer may cancel through the available customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect according to the subscription interface or written confirmation. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees already charged are non-refundable.

Service and support

Lysentra will use commercially reasonable efforts to operate the service and provide the support described on the product page. Features may change as the service develops. Planned maintenance, third-party outages and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Data protection

Lysentra will process information as described in the Privacy Policy and apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Customers must configure user access appropriately and promptly remove users who no longer require access.

Intellectual property

Lysentra retains ownership of the service, software, documentation, designs and related intellectual property. The customer retains ownership of its business data. The customer grants Lysentra the limited rights needed to process that data and operate the service.

Disclaimers and limitation

Dashboards and analytical outputs are informational tools and do not constitute legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Decisions remain the customer’s responsibility. The service is provided subject to applicable warranties that cannot legally be excluded; otherwise, it is provided on an as-available basis. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any applicable written order.

Suspension and termination

Lysentra may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or nonpayment after applicable notice. Upon termination, access ends and data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively. Questions may be sent to support@cislabs.com or Lysentra AI, Hanover, Maryland 21076, United States.
